Applies to all reschedule requests made before your booking day
One reschedule is included per booking; additional requests may require a new booking or further fees

Notice must be given at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking time to avoid forfeiting your full booking fee
Requests made less than 48 hours before your booking are treated as late cancellations, and the full fee will be forfeited
