🛑 Refunds & Change of Mind

Dynamic Truck School does not provide refunds for change of mind or customer-initiated cancellations.

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancelling your booking does not entitle you to a refund.

This includes where you no longer wish to proceed, no longer require the service, change your personal or employment plans, decide to use another provider, or find the same or a similar service cheaper elsewhere.

Australian Consumer Law does not generally require a business to provide a refund simply because a customer changes their mind.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

🔁 Rescheduling

If you can no longer attend your scheduled booking, you may request to transfer your booking to another available date.

Rescheduling requests must be received at least 7 days before your scheduled booking.

A $149 rescheduling fee applies to customer-requested reschedules.

One reschedule is permitted per booking.

Any further request to change the booking may require a new booking and payment.

⚠️ Changes Within 7 Days

Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 7 days of the scheduled booking date.

If you cancel or are unable to attend within this period, the booking and fees paid will be forfeited.

🚫 No-Shows

Failure to attend your scheduled lesson, training or assessment will result in the booking and fees paid being forfeited.

⏰ Late Arrivals

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed location at the scheduled time.

Late arrival may result in the training session being shortened.

Where there is insufficient time remaining to safely or reasonably complete the scheduled training or assessment, the booking may be treated as a missed booking and the fees paid forfeited.

📅 Changes by Dynamic Truck School

From time to time, Dynamic Truck School may need to reschedule a booking due to circumstances affecting the delivery of training or assessment.

Where this occurs, the customer will be offered an alternative available booking date and no rescheduling fee will apply.

Where applicable, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law will continue to apply.

⚙️ Modifications to Services & Pricing

• Dynamic Truck School may modify or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.

• All service prices are subject to change without notice.

• We are not liable to you or any third party for service changes, pricing adjustments, suspension, or discontinuation.

🎟️ Vouchers

• Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

• Unused vouchers cannot be transferred to another individual.

💳 Payment & Fees

• All payments are securely processed using SSL encryption and a PCI-compliant payment gateway.

• All fees and transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

📌 General Conditions

• Your use of this website is at your own risk and is provided “as is” and “as available”.

• You agree not to duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the website or its access without written consent from Dynamic Truck School.

• 🚫 Abuse in any form (verbal, written, physical, or otherwise) directed at any staff member, contractor, or customer will result in service refusal.

• You must not transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code.

• Dynamic Truck School uses third-party providers for hosting, software, storage, and related services.

• We do not guarantee:

  • The website will meet your expectations or requirements.

  • The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

  • That results or outcomes obtained through the website will be accurate or reliable.

  • That errors will be corrected or resolved.

Dynamic Truck School is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, from the use or inability to use the website.

• Issues arising from data transmission, third-party conduct, or access alterations.

• Any other losses related to website use.

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce them in the future.
