🔁 Reschedule Fee

A rescheduling fee of $100 applies if a course or lesson needs to be rescheduled prior to the day of the booking, regardless of the reason.

📅 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all students, please note the following:

• 📌 Notice Requirement: Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made during business hours via phone, SMS, or email, and must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking time to avoid forfeiting fees.

• 💰 Reschedule Fee: A $100 reschedule fee applies if rescheduling is requested before the booking day. This applies to all bookings regardless of the reason.

• ⚠️ Late Cancellations: If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full booking fee will be forfeited.

• 🚫 No-shows: Failure to attend your scheduled lesson or test without providing notice will be treated as a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice, and the full fee will be forfeited.

• 🔄 Reschedule Limits: One reschedule is permitted per booking. Additional reschedule requests may incur further charges or require a new booking.

• ❤️ Emergencies & Illness: In cases of sudden illness, emergency, or extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Dynamic Truck School. Supporting documentation (e.g. medical certificate) may be requested.

• ⏰ Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your session, your lesson may be shortened accordingly, or considered a missed booking at the instructor’s discretion.

• 💳 Refunds & Credits:

  • Cancellations do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

  • Any amount not subject to cancellation fees may be applied as credit toward a future booking.

  • Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy (below).

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered if the following conditions are met:

• ❌ No refunds are available if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the course booking or after the course has commenced.

• If written notice of cancellation is received more than 7 days prior to course commencement, a refund will be issued less a $100 cancellation fee, processed within 3 weeks of the written request.

• In cases of extreme hardship or extenuating circumstances, a refund request may be submitted to the Operations Manager. Approval is not guaranteed.

• If Dynamic Truck School cancels a course, participants are entitled to a full refund or offered alternate dates to complete their training.

⚙️ Modifications to Services & Pricing

• Dynamic Truck School may modify or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.

• All service prices are subject to change without notice.

• We are not liable to you or any third party for service changes, pricing adjustments, suspension, or discontinuation.

🎟️ Vouchers

• Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

• Unused vouchers cannot be transferred to another individual.

💳 Payment & Fees

• All payments are securely processed using SSL encryption and a PCI-compliant payment gateway.

• All fees and transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

📌 General Conditions

• Your use of this website is at your own risk and is provided “as is” and “as available”.

• You agree not to duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the website or its access without written consent from Dynamic Truck School.

• 🚫 Abuse in any form (verbal, written, physical, or otherwise) directed at any staff member, contractor, or customer will result in service refusal.

• You must not transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code.

• Dynamic Truck School uses third-party providers for hosting, software, storage, and related services.

• We do not guarantee:

  • The website will meet your expectations or requirements.

  • The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

  • That results or outcomes obtained through the website will be accurate or reliable.

  • That errors will be corrected or resolved.

Dynamic Truck School is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, from the use or inability to use the website.

• Issues arising from data transmission, third-party conduct, or access alterations.

• Any other losses related to website use.

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce them in the future.
